Art roundup

  • The Oboro Muramasa tag at pixiv is really worth checking, more and more great fanarts have been posted these last days. Kongiku seems to be a favorite, unsurprisingly.
  • Lost One Zero has updated his website, and released a new issue of his fetishy e-comic Space Damsels, that’s worth checking as usual with his works, as long as the subject interests you.
  • And since I’m on the subject, the bondagey pics that Nomad has been posting in his deviantART account are quite good. but you need to be registered to see them

Originally, Oboro Muramasa (Wii) it was going to be released in the US by Xseed games, but they cancelled it. Thankfully, Ignition Entertaiment grabbed it for a September release. Let’s hope they do a good job in the localization.

Bayonetta designer talks

April 21, 2009 at 11:33 pm | In videogames | Leave a Comment

The Platinum Games blog has an article by Mari Shimazaki, the character designer for Bayonetta (PS3, Xbox 360). Don’t miss the Flickr link.

There was another thing I added to Bayonetta to make her an even more appealing character…

Glasses! This was something that Kamiya-san really pushed for, as he was aiming to differentiate Bayonetta from other female characters and give her a sense of mystery and intelligence. Of course, I think it is just because he likes girls with glasses.

Otomedius G artwork

April 20, 2009 at 9:39 am | In videogames | Leave a Comment

I was expecting for the Otomedius G (Xbox 360) official website to finish updating to post about it, but since it seems they will leave the “coming soon” messages, do check the character section for some nice artwork by Yoshizaki Mine. Also, this GPara article had bigger art of Esmeralda and Poini-coon

Tales updates

April 18, 2009 at 5:49 pm | In namco bandai, videogames | Leave a Comment

Gpara has a bunch of Tales articles, including pics and art of the cute Patty from the Tales of Vesperia port for PS3 (more Kosuke Fujishima designs are always good),  pics of boring-looking Tales of Graces (Wii), and even pics of the (probably low budget) Tales of VS (PSP).
